Wally
He started working full time on May 20, 1979 for Dahlquist Propane. Within a year he was transferred to the service department and found his nitch. He attends numerous schools on Carrier, Munchkin, Burnham, Coleman, and many more brands that are on the market. He has a Master Plumbers License, Restricted, Refrigerant Handling License, HVAC Contractor Registration License, and City of Rhinelander Licensed Tradesman to name a few. With over 25 years service experience he now passes his knowledge along to his employees and stays more to the estimating part of the business. He also is involved in the HVAC program at Nicolet College.
Wally enjoys his free time by fishing a lot. He spends many weekends on the lake with his family, fishing or just out on the boat. He also Kart Races during the summer months and loves to travel.
Dennis
Dennis started with our company in July 1999. He is one of our Service Specialists. He has his NATE Certification, which is a huge national test, he also attends numerous schools/seminars through the years involving Carrier, Munchkin, Burnham, Coleman, Heat N Glo, and Empire to name a few. In late 2003, Dennis was chosen by the Coleman Company to be flown to their plant in Wichita, KS for a 2 day school. This was an opportunity that not many HVAC companies in the state of WI were offered.
Dennis is married and has 3 children. He enjoys attending RHS hockey games to watch his sons play and spending time with his family.
Jared
Jared started with our company in August 1995 as an Installer. He has perfected the installation field. He attends many schools thru the year to keep up with the changing times on all of the equipment on the market. Jared also is an expert in the tin shop. He makes most of the ductwork needed for all Installations we do.

Joe
Joe started Installing equipment with us in October 2002. He and Jared are our main Installation Team. Joey attended a Boiler training school in February 04 and learned a lot. He also assists the guys with the tin work as needed. He decided that he would learn the installation field because his brother was into the service field and his sister is in the office part of the business.
Joe enjoys fishing, 4 wheeling and snowmobiling in his spare time.
Michelle
Michelle took over in the office in August 2002. She handles all of the billing, Receivables, Scheduling and anything else that pertains to the office. She is currently taking classes in Accounting to better the company.
She likes to Downhill Ski, Fish and Camp in her free time.
